The app aims to enhance healthcare accessibility and improve the lives of Users by streamlining the referral and application process to connect to the services they need.
4.1. License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal use, specifically for connecting with healthcare and social service providers.
4.2. User Account: To access certain features, Users may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Use the App to harm, harass, or infringe upon the rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, user accounts, or data.
Interfere with the operation of the App or its hosting infrastructure.

Any disputes arising from the use of the app or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the same location.
